What is your business scope?

Creative Signs is specialized in 3D Signs and Light Boxes. We are experienced in manufacturing and exporting 3D Signs and Light Boxes to our clients all over the world.

How long have you been in the signs industry?

Creative Signs was established in 2010, and we have been in the 3D Signs and Light Boxes for more than 15 years.

What are you business hours?

From Monday to Saturday (8:30 am to 18:00 pm). We will reply to you message and inquiry within 24 hours.

Can I visit your factory?

Sure you can, welcome to our factory, and before the visiting, please let us know the visiting time, topics and people in the team, and anything else you want us to know, so we can make an appointment.

 

About Products

Are samples available? Free sample?

In order to provide the most suitable products for customer’s application and bring out the best usage effect:

• For stock products. If we have stock available, we provide free samples, typically in A4 size. However, if there is no stock and customization is required, corresponding handling charges will apply. 
• For custom signs and light boxes, there will be customization fees. 
• Regarding shipping costs, it is preferable for customers to provide a collect freight account. Alternatively, when we provide free samples, customers pay for the shipping costs. 
• If the sample testing is successful and a formal order is placed, we will fully refund the sample fee. 
• Sample orders do not support returns.

What relevant certifications can you provide?

We can provide the ISO 9001 certificate, Certificate of Origin, COC, COA, COT, material test certificate and so on. Third party inspection is also supported.

How can I get a special customized signs and light boxes that not listed on your website?

Special customized signs and light boxes can also be provided, please contact with our sales person and tell them what you need. We will discuss the details and generate the drawings for your confirmation.

What should I do if I don’t understand the signs specifications and terms, but I have exact usage requirements?

Don’t worry. You can give a detailed description of the application, and the problems you have met, then we can recommend the suitable products accordingly.

Can you quote and produce the same with the sample in my hand?

Yes, you can send your sample to us, we will inspect, measure and analysis the sample, then make the replicate for you.

About Quotation and Shipping

How do I get a formal quote?

Detailed specifications of the product are need.

• Such as signs, please provide the material, color, finishing, illuminated or not, indoor or outdoor, the dimension (width×lengthxthiness), and the order quantity. It will be much better if there is some photos for places where signs are used. 
• Such as light boxes, please provide the material, color , indoor or outdoor, the dimension (width×lengthxthiness), and the order quantity. It will be much better if there is some photos for places where signs are used. 

If you have prepared payment term and delivery term, please let us know. Then we can work out the best offer for you.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Most of our products MOQ is 1 only, However please note that small quantity orders have minimal profit margins, and limited discounts. In some cases, shipping costs may be higher than the product cost.

What payment methods do you support?

For the convenience of customers, we accept most payment methods, including T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, etc.
Generally, we provide common payment terms:

• Full payment is required for orders below $ 5,000.
• For orders over $ 5,000, 30% - 50% prepayment is used.
• For specific orders, please consult with our sales team.

How do you transport my products? What is your delivery time?

• Typically, large quantity orders are shipped by sea, while small orders and sample orders are transported via international courier or air freight. Customers can specify their preferred shipping method. 
• For products in stock, we strive to ship within three days. 
• For custom-made products, we need the detailed specifications and order quantity to estimate the delivery time. Once these are confirmed, we will develop the corresponding production plan and provide timely updates on the progress.
